The quality of a factory is not only determined by the level of expertise of workers owned, quality facilities and supporting infrastructure is also determined by the queuing system that occurs during the production process. If the input and output on the machines are not balanced will cause the accumulation of goodsand allows the material used is damaged and production is not optimal. As for the production of this vise has 7 types of machines and consists of 8 parts. In this study, the simulation is carried out in the production process in the manufacture of vise. The general objective of the study is to find out whether the vise production process time with the number of production targets can be met and is effective.
