Key digital technologies are integral to digital transformation. Their inclusion in business processes helps to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company. In order to effectively incorporate technologies into the architecture of an enterprise, a set of requirements is formulated depending on the level of digital maturity of the company in order to solve the problem of digital transformation. The article discusses the issue of building a model for aligning the requirements of key sectors of Russian business to digital technologies. On this basis, it is planned to build reference models for Russian business sectors with the inclusion of selected digital technologies in the enterprise architecture.
