The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Environmental Risks and Safety in Mechanical Engineering” ERSME-2020 dedicated to the 90 th anniversary of Don State Technical University (Rostov-on-Don Institute of Agricultural Engineering) was organized and held by Don State Technical University with the support of Eurasian technology platform “Technologies of food and processing industry of agro-industrial complex – healthy food products” (TFPI AIC Association), Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies, Territorial cluster “Dolina Dona”, Voluntary certification system “Made in Don Land”, the Union of Employers of the Rostov Region, “Tekhmash” Plant, Agrotechnological holding “Bizon”, “Lemken”, “Wintersteiger”, “Amazonen-Werke” and LLC “Rostselmash”. ERSME-2020 took place on October 20, 2020. The event was held both face-to- face and remotely with taking all precautions to curb the spread of new infection COVID- 19 caused by the coronavirus.
