Greater attention to technologies that reduce the carbon footprint is a consistent trend in the development of the world economy at the present stage. International agreements (the Kyoto and Paris Climate Agreements) create a regulatory ground for reducing carbon emissions into the atmosphere and greenhouse gases. Reducing CO 2 emissions will require the adoption of modern principles for buildings and constructions design. Scientific substantiation of the stages and the life cycle of building structures with a limited operating time, taking into account the introduction of modern construction materials, is an effective way to reduce CO 2 emissions in the industrial sector and in the field of residential municipal construction.
