The concentration of means of production directly related to land largely determines the level of intensity of land use. The development of the territory is largely determined by the availability of material resources, they determine the structure of production activities and the level of well-being of the population. The article deals with the analysis of the development of the territory of the municipal district on the use of the land patent, the strategy of development of the territory.
