The article is devoted to the study of factors affecting the measurement accuracy for the total iron in the powdered samples. The study aims to determine the effect of calibration, samples preparation process, staff skills, temperature, and other factors on measurement accuracy. The data received might potentially be used in the future to decrease the interference effect to lower the measurement calibration error for the powdered samples analyzer. As the result of the conducted studies, the interference level of the personnel on the identification of the valuable components; it has been established, that the potential measurement accuracy result has been achieved during the up to 3-month period. Ensuring the relevant measurement accuracy for the powdered samples analyzer will further allow lowering the number of conducted chemical analyses for the samples, which will have a certain economic effect in the form of reducing the expenditures of the enterprise.
