Dear colleagues We are glad to announce the release of the International conference «Advanced Technologies in Agriculture and Food Processing» proceedings (TAFP-2021)! The key directions of the conference covered the discussion of advanced achievements and touch upon the main aspects of the development agro-industrial complex and food industry. We did not postpone the event, which took place online (zoom) on June 10, 2021. Conference model: Plenary session with keynotes (40 minutes for each keynote speech) + participants’ presentations (20 minutes for each presentation). Our honorable speakers were: ✓ Frank Rögener, Professor, Technische Hochschule Köln | FH Köln · Institute of Plant and Process Engineering, Germany. The keynote presentation: “Filtration technology for beer and beer yeast”. ✓ Farida Nezhmetdinova, Professor, Head of the Department of Philosophy and Law, Kazan State Agrarian University, Russia. The keynote presentation: “Global challenges for food security: risks and opportunities” Main conference (proceedings) subjects: mechanization and electrification; digitalization and automation; sustainable use of natural resources and environmental engineering; quality control and food safety; biotechnology in agriculture and food industry; food production technologies; veterinary medicine and innovative technologies in animal agriculture; forestry; economics and management; career guidance and development of human resources.
