Preface

Dear colleagues We are glad to announce the release of the International conference «Advanced Technologies in Agriculture and Food Processing» proceedings (TAFP-2021)! The key directions of the conference covered the discussion of advanced achievements and touch upon the main aspects of the development agro-industrial complex and food industry. We did not postpone the event, which took place online (zoom) on June 10, 2021. Conference model: Plenary session with keynotes (40 minutes for each keynote speech) + participants’ presentations (20 minutes for each presentation).
