It is my great pleasure to be the Chair and Organizer of the 2 nd International Conference of Environmental Design, ICED2021. This Conference is organized by the Laboratory of Technology and Policy of Energy and the Environment of Hellenic Open University, located in Athens and Patra, Greece, and is held, due to global sanitary reasons, again in virtual form.
