Today heating devices in most cases are located in window niche in order to save space in a room and improve its interior. However, this leads to unnecessary heat loss. The paper provides a comparative analysis of the dependence of heat losses on the location of heating devices in a room. A comparative analysis of various energy-saving measures for the value of heat losses during heating of buildings is carried out. The influence of heat-reflecting screens and false fronts on heating efficiency is considered. The dependence of heat losses on the temperature difference inside and outside a room is shown.
