Peer review declaration

All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: Double-blind (author and reviewer identities are hidden to each other) . • Criteria used by Reviewers when accepting/declining paper : There are four main criteria for a paper to be accepted by reviewers. It presents new insight on essential issues in the field and should draw the reader’s interest. The explanation of the methods is understandable, and its presentation should be practical. The reviewers reject paper that lacks novelty, contains defects in procedure and or data analysis, cannot be adequately understood, and fails in technical evaluation. For papers that reviewers accept with “major or minor revision” condition, there is an opportunity to resubmit articles after revision.
