Concrete is an essential component of every civil engineering project. Advanced concrete is a concrete that has been adapted to meet the needs and specifications of the building construction. The main objective of this paper is to study the advanced concrete and performance comparison of the concrete composites for sustainable construction. As traditional concrete cannot be used in all types of construction, this study presents certain advance concrete composites along with its properties in order to help the contractors and engineers in the selection of the most suitable composite as per the required construction.
