The given article considers the main strategies of the social attractiveness of the Russian Federation Arctic Zone in the context of Industry 4.0 concept presented on the example of the Murmansk region. The research is devoted to the main factors affecting the public interest in the region development as well as the factors that reflect technological development and the intensity of technology implementation. The relationships of these factors are analyzed and the model that describes obtained relationships is presented. Based on the obtained model, the forecast is made and the assessment of the development prospects of this region is provided
