2021 11th International Conference on Renewable and Clean Energy (ICRCE 2021) is scheduled to be held in Shiga, Japan from February 26 to 28, 2021, which is hosted in Biwako-Kusatsu Campus, Ritsumeikan University, Japan. But given the current state of the epidemic, the organizing committee has decided to host it as a fully virtual event in Zoom. We scheduled the equipment test for each presenter in advance to ensure successful delivery and avoid any unwanted technical glitches. For those who had Internet issues, a pre-recorded video was made as an alternative to live presentation. The entire conference was archived for future references and streaming purpose.
