The consistency problem of the cells will lead to a decrease in the energy and capacity utilization rate of battery, and even cause safety problems. The incremental capacity curve method can be used to study the uniformity of cells and it can acquire the internal parameter status directly, but its accuracy is limited by the curve drawing. This paper proposes a consistency analysis method to obtain the missing points through curve fitting and obtain a high-precision square capacity increment curve. This method uses partial least squares to solve the multicollinearity between feature parameters and introduces the variable projection importance index to judge the importance. Experiments show that after analysis, the rechargeable capacity of the battery can be increased by more than 9% compared with the traditional method, and it has good robustness and accuracy.
