This paper begins with a brief introduction to the “HECT” technology, analyzes the main problems existing in the field of electrical engineering with the “HECT” methods, or from the perspective of “HECT” technology, or by means of “HECT” and some key measures and methods to solve the problems are pointed out. At the same time, many new ideas on power generation and energy storage are put forward. The paper opens up a new channel for the development of electrical engineering technology and its management, which is very creative and eye-opening.
