The layout of battery pack for plug-in hybrid car is usual a difficult problem. The layout analysis involves the balance of battery pack capacity, ride space, passability and other performance. Through dimensional chain analysis, this paper refines each problem, balances each performance, and obtains a reasonable scheme. This paper also studies the layout of the battery for the expansion of electricity. At last, the layout method of battery pack for plug-in hybrid vehicle is summarized.
