There are many power grid upgrading and transformation projects in the system. The installation of cement poles is generally involved in the construction of power distribution lines, which involves the field production and cooperation of steel strands and composite fittings. The traditional method of making stay wire is to bend the steel strand (stay wire) by hand and to change its shape by hammering to adapt to the groove position of stay wire fittings. In order to improve the speed of drawing wire and improve the process standard, the author developed a steel stranded molding device, which is specially used to mold the steel strands.
