In the engineering fact that excavation will lead to the deterioration of rock parameters in the excavation damage zone of tunnel, based on a diversion tunnel by simulating the continuous dynamic adjustment process of surrounding rock parameters, the dynamic deterioration law of surrounding rock parameters in deep buried soft rock tunnel is studied. It is considered that the deterioration of surrounding rock parameters in the damaged area of deep buried soft rock tunnel constructed by TBM is a continuous process. After the excavation, the angle of friction φ increases, the cohesive strength C decreases, and the supporting structure of the tunnel have a limiting effect on the deterioration of surrounding rock parameters.
