Mass concrete component pouring quality evaluation is an indispensable link in the construction of basic engineering. This article takes the Fuchun River bridge built during the construction of the Huzhou-Hangzhou high-speed railway as an example, using electronic temperature measurement and ultrasonic testing to assess the bridge the quality of the mass concrete components poured during the construction process is evaluated, and the detection results are transmitted to the smart construction site system in real-time. The real-time monitoring and evaluation of the casting quality has been achieved. The evaluation results are that the Fuchun River Bridge was poured during the construction process. The quality of mass concrete components meets the marking requirements. Suggestions on the later maintenance of concrete components are given for reference for other engineering projects.
