In recent years, Pingquan village of Qingyuan town and dongmayu village of Mayu Township in Qingxu area of Taiyuan City, under the action of regional tectonic stress, the plane distribution of ne60-80 has appeared one after another along the border mountains. There are many parallel ground fissures, which lead to serious damage to some villagers’ houses. Through field investigation and data analysis, the distribution characteristics and formation mechanism of Qingxu ground fissures are elaborated in detail, and the corresponding defense countermeasures are put forward.
