Preliminary Review When we received authors’ paper(abstract and full paper), we submitted the paper to auditing department for checking, the auditing department reviewed the content, theme,format and grammers. 2. The full paper passed the first review would be reviewed again by conference technical committees from the following aspects: Originality, Innovation, Technical Soundness, Applicability, Clarity of presentation and Relevance. 3. After paper passed the first review and the second review, we sent the notification. 4. Paper can only be arranged for publication if it was modified according to comments and template.
