In the hustle of economic activity in modern urban lifestyle, require employees to work indoor from morning until evening. It could rise the stress level and affecting their work performance. This study aims to determine the basic aspects for redesigning a notary office interior with the green design concept and smart living features that support confidentiality and professionalism. This research methods used in this redesign are data collection, data analysis, synthesis phase, and design development. After conducting all stages of research, it is concluded that green-design with smart living concept planned for a notary office could bring a positive effect such as reduces global warming and employee’s stress level, this type of design can also stimulate visitors to apply the same concept in their residences.
