The research results of a model for effectiveness assessing of the “No-Till” innovative technology implementation in which the soil is not cultivated in the traditional, mechanical and usual for us way by plowing, but is covered with crushed plant crops remains, are presented. A system-cognitive analysis of the No-Till technology implementation effectiveness assessment applied in the intelligent system “Eidos” is realized while modeling.
