The paper presents the algorithm for assessment of design variables for a warm reamer in curved path drilling. The value of soil deformation by the reamer casing versus its length in the curved path drilling is determined in mathematical modeling. The formula of the maximum length of the reamer casing versus the casing diameter and the guide parameters is obtained/.
