In order to deal with the anticorrosion problem of heat exchangers containing H 2 S, CO 2 and other acidic media, the heat-conducting anticorrosion coating which can be used in acidic media at 200°C was prepared by adopting the combination system of the high-temperature curing epoxy phenolic resin film forming system and acid-resistant filler and filled heat-conducting filler. The results show that the coating has excellent acid and alkaline resistance, salt spray resistance, heat resistance and good thermal conductivity. It meets the technical requirements of heat exchanger corrosion protection under the acidic corrosion environment of H 2 S and CO 2 .
