The article considers the prerequisites for creating a new high – tech market for food production and consumption-FoodNet; examines the possibilities of intellectualization, automation and robotics of technological processes of food production and delivery (FoodTech), and also identifies the main objectives of the roadmap – systematization of Russian business projects, implementation of measures to create conditions for rapid growth and scaling of such projects.
