Selected papers are reviewed by two or three experts in the research area. Each reviewer is required to fill in a form to report the review results. Step 2. The peer review forms are reviewed by the editors. The editors will decide whether the reviews are satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Step 3. Accepted review reports are given to the authors. Step 4. Authors are required to revise their paper based on the recommendations given by the reviewers. The revised version is sent back to the editors with a revision summary to justify whether the author accepts or rejects the recommendation made by reviewers. Step 5.
