This paper aimed to provide a conceptual framework of how the phenomenon of pandemic COVID-19. It was considered as environmental turbulence influences organizational resilience and firms’ capabilities to cope with them and how it affected firms sustained competitive in their business. The method of this research was the literature review. It finds that the researchers propose antecedents of business sustainability in the condition of the threats from environmental turbulence, including the pandemic crisis (COVID-19). The paper also outlines five research propositions and suggests methods for future empirical research.
