The paper considers the main indicators of the efficiency of meat products production (using the example of meat delicacies) and the conditions for their achievement, taking into account the influence of various factors on them. The study analyzed the main production potential of the meat complex, within which the positive and negative effects of the functioning of such meat processing companies were revealed. The paper proposed a system for achieving sustainability of meat processing enterprises in Russia.
