The article considers the issues of the efficiency of location and operation of toll points on highways and provides the assessment of the development of the network of highways in the Far East with the prospects for the organization of toll city bypasses. The calculation of the efficiency of the toll point was carried out based on the example of the highway «Eastern bypass of Khabarovsk».
