In order to better study the corrosion of rebar inside reinforced concrete, the corrosion position of rebar inside concrete is judged. Put rusted rebar, no rusted rebar, mixed rebar (rust and non-rust) on one side of the concrete test piece, and mark the position of the rebar, use the four-polarization method to observe the resistivity and polarity of reinforced concrete, and study the concrete interior. The degree of corrosion of rebar, the corresponding relationship between the position change and its polarization rate, the results show that: the longer the age of concrete, the worse the conductivity of concrete, the polarization rate of rusted rebar is greater than the polarization rate of un rusted rebar, when rebar is pre-buried above concrete, The polarization rate measured by concrete is greater than that of reinforced pre-buried under concrete. The polarization rate of pre-buried rusted reinforced concrete, the polarization rate of pre-buried mixed rebar, and the polarization rate of pre-buried non-rusted reinforced concrete. It is shown that pre-buried rusted reinforced concrete is more likely to produce polarization effects. The results show that it is feasible to judge the degree of corrosion of steel bars inside concrete by using the four-polarization method.
