Iron oxidephotoanodewas obtained through hydrothermal method. The morphology of the hematitephotoanode was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the photo-electrochemical stability performance was also evaluated. The photochemical stability of a photoelectrode is crucial pointfor practical application of a photoelectrochemical cell. The photoelctrochemical stabilityper formances of hematite photoanode can be improved by the synthesis method.
