The thesis uses literature and questionnaire research methods to discuss a series of environmental problems caused by outdoor sports and the impact of environmental pollution on sports. Simultaneously, based on the concept of green environmental protection, corresponding environmental protection countermeasures are proposed to achieve a dynamic balance between sports and the natural environment, that is, to achieve veritable green sports.
