Finite element model of a suspension inclined tower arch composite structure pedestrian bridge was established based on Midas Civil. The bearing capacity was calculation and static and dynamic numerical analysis were carried out, and load capacity, loading position and field test cases were developed. The test results under various load cases were obtained based on field dynamic and static load test, and compared with the calculated values. Results show that: test values have good consistency with the calculated values. The bridge keep in elastic state during the test process, means that the bridge can better meet the current design load demand, but with low bearing capacity redundancy.
