The aim of this research is to understand the length-weight relationship and condition factor of Macrobrachium rosenbergii from the Kuala Cenaku River, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The samples were collected monthly from Mei-July 2020. A total of 297 of M. rosenbergii was caught by fish trap and nets in 4 stations. The average lengths of M. rosenbergii at each station are: 127.2, 151.1, 130.9 and 120.9 mm. The factor conditions range from 0.829345 to 0.93729392. The relationship between length and weight has a determinant value (R 2 ) ranged from 82%-93%. The condition factor of M. rosenbergii at each station is 1.10, 1.16, 1.11, 1.13 respectively and the value of the factor condition was more than 1, indicates that the giant prawns found in the waters of the Kuala Cenaku River is rather fat. This fact indicates that there is a correlation between conditions environment and food availability in the body shape of M. rosenbergii .
