In recent years, energy shortages and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent, and automobile lightweight has become an important field in the development of the automobile industry. This paper analyses the frame performance of an all-terrain single-seat off-road vehicle and optimizes the structure design. The weight of the new structure has been reduced by 4.084 kg, and the weight reduction rate has reached 12.83%. The statics analysis and modal analysis of the new frame structure show that the new structure still meets the requirements of usage.
