In this paper we mainly discuss the determinant factors on urban cluster evolutionary, we find that: when considering the labor mobility, the increase of urban cluster degree accelerates the high skilled labor force to agglomerate in the core area, and then intensifies the urban spatial concentration. We get the same result for capital flow.
