In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s tourism industry and the increasing frequency of business activities, the hotel industry has developed rapidly, and the country has paid more and more attention to environmental protection. More and more “green hotels” have come to the fore. A lot of efforts have been made to keep up with the situation. Customers will encounter various “green and low-carbon” behaviors made by the hotel when they consume in the hotel. For consumers and hotel operators, the consumption experience is very important and affects consumption. There are many factors that affect the consumer experience. Therefore, a systematic analysis is needed to learn the specific influencing factors, so as to better manage the hotel.
