In view of the lack of measurement method for the development effect of teaching standards at present, this paper makes a systematic analysis from the perspective of the development of teaching standards, constructs a systematic and perfect evaluation index system, and designs a comprehensive evaluation model for the development effect of teaching standards. The empirical evaluation of the teaching standards of general aviation aviation aviation technology major by using the above-mentioned index system and evaluation method shows that the teaching standards of general aviation aviation technology major have a clear framework, are forward-looking and leading to a certain extent, play an important role in standardizing the construction and teaching guidance of general aviation aviation technology major, and are an important direction and guideline for personnel training in civil aviation higher vocational colleges.
