The analysis of biochemical parameters of blood serum of stallions of different age groups (n = 86) is carried out. It was found that with age there is an increase in the concentration of total protein, fibrinogen, direct and indirect bilirubin, while the group of young stallions aged 3-5 years is characterized by a higher value of alkaline phosphatase activity compared to the group of 6-10 years (p = 0.002) and a lower value calcium concentration compared with the group of stallions aged 16-22 years (p = 0.012).
