The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the effectiveness and duration of the pulse-plasma treatment of oil. The aim of this work is to assess the effect of plasma-pulse treatment of oil (PPT) on its viscosity and pour point (solidification). The relevance of the work results is due to the need to improve the efficiency of oil transportation through main and industrial pipelines. The research work carried out relates to the field of physicochemical and mechanical methods of processing heavy and bituminous oils during their transportation through pipelines without the use of heating and thinners.
