China puts forward the goal of carbon neutralization, which puts forward new requirements for China’s energy production, consumption and utilization. This paper analyzes the impact of “power supply + energy efficiency service” implemented by the grid company on the carbon reduction target, designs the implementation path in the future, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
