With the increasing number of new energy vehicles (NEV), the NEV industry is facing a situation of large amounts of retired power battery. In this study, first, the relevant research of the power battery recycling mode is sort out. And this paper proposes a four-level power battery recycling network, which includes nodes such as collection warehouse, storage warehouse, transfer hub, echelon utilization enterprise, etc.Then, a Mixed-Integer Non-Linear Programming model is proposed to minimize the cost of the network.
