The thread form of the premium connection tubing in unconventional gas well is usually API round thread, which has poor connection performance and make-up performance. In response to this problem, this research redesigned the structure of the threaded part of the premium connection tubing, and applied the improved buttress thread of the casing to the tubing to improve the connection performance and make-up performance. The relevant research ideas or results can be used as a reference for subsequent product development.
