By the end of 2019, the coverage rate of residential communities in 46 cities, including municipalities directly under the Central Government, provincial capitals and cities separately listed in the state plan, has reached nearly 70%. The classification effect of household garbage is obvious, and it has become a new trend leading low-carbon life. However, it is undeniable that there are still many problems. To solve the problem, effective solutions should be adopted, such as multi-means auxiliary, increasing the intensity of administrative intervention, multi-channel publicity of the harm of non-classification of garbage, etc., so as to effectively improve the recycling of domestic garbage.
