The collected samples were pre-screened with Congo red cellulose medium according to the ratio of transparent circle diameter/colony diameter, and 10 strains with strong ability to decompose cellulose were obtained. Then, these strains were inoculated into the liquid production enzyme medium to measure the CMC enzyme activity for rescreening, and finally the N05, N13, N213 strain high-efficiency cellulose degradation strains were screened. These three strains were combined and cultured, and the best combination of effects was obtained by comparing the enzyme activities.
