In the field of maritime law enforcement, it is a key technology to achieve stable tracking of the black smoke exhaust of ships. Based on correlation filter tracking algorithm, a novel ship black smoke exhaust tracking algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm can complete the real-time tracking of ship black smoke exhaust. In addition, it can be transplanted to mobile devices, which can quickly and efficiently complete the tracking and law enforcement of the ship’s black smoke, and provide convenient services for maritime law enforcement in the ship’s emission control area.
