In this article, the information on the high-grade exposition of the amounts of mineral, easily goulizable, difficult goulizable and non-goulizable compounds of the dark serozems of the Chirchik River Basin of the Tashkent region, as well as changes in the effect of their use in viticulture is presented. These data serve to develop ways of effective and rational management of the Nitrogen Fund of the soils studied.
