The adsorption of Cu 2+ and rhodamine B from aqueous solutions onto zeolite derived from electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) via a fusion method was investigated. The adsorption kinetic for Cu 2+ and rhodamine B onto EMR-based zeolite (EMRZ) was explored and best determined by Pseudo-second-order kinetic model. And the adsorption capacity of Cu 2+ and rhodamine B reach up to 66.86 and 18.96 mg·g −1 respectively.
