Architectural heritage is an important part of the cultural heritage of Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal and an important carrier of historical culture. On the basis of expounding the temporal dynamic pattern of architectural cultural heritage of Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal, this paper reveals its leading process and main factors. The results show that the time dynamic pattern mainly depends on political, cultural, institutional and economic factors. At the same time, this paper puts forward some innovative strategies for its protection and sustainable development.
